AS PART OF COMMON INITIATIVES OF THE SOCIAL COMMITTEE OF CELEBRATING THE 70TH ANNIVERSARY OF EXPULSION OF JEWISH CITIZENS FROM GERMANY IN 1938 THE FOLLOWING EVENTS ARE PLANNED ON 28-29 OCTOBER 2008: 

DAY 1	
TUESDAY 28 OCTOBER 2008

11:30                Laying flowers in the place of the former Jewish cemetery by the delegations participating in the         
                         celebration

12:00 	   Open session with the participation of speakers from Poland (Prof. Jerzy Tomaszewski, 
                        Prof. Krzysztof Rzepa), Israel (dr Witold Mędykowski), Germany (Prof. Gertruda Pickhan).
13:30	   Performance by the youth from the Junior High School in Zbąszyń titled 
                        “I nie zostanie nikt...” (“There will be no one left…”)

17:00               Signing a charter of participation in erecting the monument commemorating the 1938 event
